With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I bring a warm, grounded, and respectful presence to the counselling space.
I’m a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and work in alignment with its code of ethics and professional counselling standards.
My practice is deeply rooted in person-centred and relational therapy, which means I believe that each person has an inner capacity for healing, growth, and change. As your therapist, my role is not to “fix” you, but to walk beside you — creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can reconnect with your own strengths and wisdom.
I’m committed to providing an environment that is inclusive, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ allied.
This clinic was created for those who may not have always had a safe space to land — here, you are seen, respected, and welcomed just as you are.
Our work together will be presence-centred and collaborative. You are the expert of your own life. I will meet you with curiosity, respect, and care, supporting you to explore what matters most to you and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
It would be lovely to meet you.
